Mid-sized congregations don't often have the luxury of having multiple worship
leaders, so when the regular leader is gone, everything spins out of control. That's why
many congregations have started bringing Paxton in to lead worship when the regular
leader is going to be absent. And usually two things happen: everything runs smoothly
